JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

As a moderator you would be expected to moderate 4 chats a week at 1.5 hours each.  You will be provided with “scripts” necessary and the training required.

In return for 4 chats a week, you will be given free access to the site, and an e-mail address. Moderators receive NO monetary compensation.  The name you choose to moderate under would be your e-mail address. 

As a moderator you would be expected to maintain control of the chat room during scheduled chats.  Moderators are there as staff and not “chatters” and behavior as a representative of the company will be expected. 

If you understand these duties, and would have no issues in completing these duties, you may proceed to the next section.
